That is what you call it when the wheel is off-centered. Alternate names for this type are "off center wheels" or "really bad wheel truing."

This unicycle is not only eccentric, it's also a kangaroo. What we are looking at here is the fact that the axle is not at the center of the wheel. As you pedal this one, you are lifting yourself upward as you push the pedals down. As the pedals come up in the back, you're effectively riding downhill! This cycle was brought to UNICON VIII by Jochen Loeffelmann of Germany. I believe it was built by Takafumi Ogasarawa.
