Rulebook, official version downloads

These
rulebooks have been approved by the IUF Rules Committee and the IUF
board of directors as the rules for 2006, including Unicon XIII in
Switzerland. Due to the late timing of this rulebook, it may be necessary
for the hosts of Unicon to make not use one or more of the changed
rules, if they are in conflict with things that have already been
planned. Watch the Unicon XIII web
site for further information on this.
Update,
June 16:
The June 16 version contains some corrections that were found
during translation of the rulebook to French. Thanks Philippe! The
changes were mostly to section numbers, and some technical corrections
in section 3.23.2. No changes in meaning. This version also has the
date on page 1, so you can tell which is which.
About
these files
The rulebook was created with a page size of 8.5 x 11", a fact
the editor did not think about until the final stages. It is hoped
it will print well on A4 paper, but we published this version in the
interest of time. If formatting problems are encountered with A4 paper,
an updated version for A4 may be added here.
For
editors and translators
The two files below have MS Word's Track Changes feature turned
on, and show the changes that were made from the 2004 version. You
have a choice of the straight Word file, or a zipped version.
